Ferras Bio Page
Ferras is a singer/songwriter based in Los Angeles, CA. He released his debut CD, “Aliens & Rainbows” in 2008. From that CD came the hit song “Hollywood’s Not America” which was featured as a farewell song on the seventh season of American Idol.
In July 2010, Ferras released an EP of five original songs, “Interim”, which was recorded as a live performance in a studio setting. The EP was released on his 28th birthday as his gift to his legion of loyal fans who have been patiently waiting for new music from him. The single from the EP, “Wall Around My Heart” was released in mid-June 2010. The EP is now available from most digital music retailers.
Presently, Ferras is busy in the studio writing and recording for his yet-untitled sophomore record. The record will feature the more soulful, R&B side of Ferras. Ferras is also busy collaborating and writing music for other well-known artists. Whether it be as a songwriter or as an artist, the world is only beginning to see his incredible range and talent.
